YOGA FLOW + SOUNDBATH
Move with intention. The postures in this class are performed in a fluid motion instead of a set sequence. There is a lot of flexibility in the flows we practice, with many poses requiring one to balance strength, mobility, and agility. This class aims to find stillness through movement and ends with a blissful sound bath to soothe your body and mind. Ensuring that you feel warm, energetic, and ready to crush the week.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga consists of a series of simple postures which dig deep into connective tissue and the fascia layer. This class is gentle and suited for all levels and is very beneficial for individuals with decreased range of motion or mobility. The slower pace is a nice complement to other forms of exercise as well as an excellent form of stress relief – helping rid the body of tension. Props may be used to assist in deeper stretches and stress reduction. This slow-paced class encourages the body to relax deeply, loosening the muscles and de-stressing the mind while releasing chronic tension held in the body. Set to soft relaxing music, dim lighting, and inspirational guidance.

YOGA FLOW FUNCTION + MOBILITY
A slow flow mat and body therapeutics practice using props, multiple resistance bands, and SMR tools to purposefully engage and relax muscles while creating strength to promote balance and increase flexibility.

YIN + MYO YIN
Using SMR tools and myo-fascial release techniques to move through a yin practice allowing stillness and/or light movement to promote opening and relaxation of the tissues resulting in greater flexibility and awareness of the body while surrendering to the breath to create a deeper sense of calm and allowing self-reflection and healing of the body and mind.
