The success of our re-opening depends on all of us making this a priority. The safety of our clients and staff are our top priority and we will stay committed to all of the health and safety requirements as long as it is required.

We will reopen on Monday May 25th with a temporarily limited schedule. As time goes on we will add additional classes as long as we can safely do so. Our online classes and live streaming zoom classes will remain available to all.

In compliance with the State of Florida. The following guidelines will be implemented:

  • A new waiver will need to be signed before entering the studio. You may want to review, print and complete the new waiver now to save time upon your arrival.

  • Classes will be capped to allow a 6 foot distance from one another during classes.

  • Temperatures will be taken upon entering the facility including staff members. Anyone with a temperature of 99.0 or higher will not be able to enter the studio.

  • Reservations are REQUIRED and walk-ins will NOT be permitted. Please register and pay for all classes ahead of time using the MINDBODY APP or our STUDIO APP. This will ensure we control attendance with safe social distancing, eliminate paper sign-in sheets and ensure more hands free transactions. It will also help utilize our time best for sanitizing and maintaining a clean environment for all.

  • The CDC has recommended that all individuals wear cloth face masks in public and areas where social distancing measures are difficult to maintain in order to protect themselves and those around them. According to recent reports, roughly 25 percent of people with coronavirus are thought to be asymptomatic, and people who contract COVID-19 usually don’t develop symptoms until four or five days after being infected. We encourage teachers, students, and practitioners to wear protective masks at all times when not in yoga practice; we encourage you to wear them to the extent possible while in practice taking them off as needed. We will have reusable masks available for purchase while supplies last. Be sure to wash & sanitize all reusable masks regularly and between each use.

  • Sanitizer will be provided to disinfect your hands and hospital grade disinfectant will be used to spray down all equipment after every use.

  • No sharing of equipment or props will be permitted.

  • Bring your own mats, sanitizer, towels and props. For hammock classes, if you own your own hammock please bring it with you. If you do not own a hammock you will be able to use one of ours. After using our hammock it will be taken down and washed and sanitized.

  • Grip socks are REQUIRED for all hammock classes and encouraged for mat classes to protect from cross-contamination. Shoes MUST NOT be worn in the studio. All shoes will need to be removed and stored in the cubbies NOT ON THE FLOOR before entering the classroom to avoid cross contamination.

  • Classes will be limited and spaced out to allow time to fully sanitize and clean between classes.

  • We have discontinued Groupon deals due to the social distancing limits and to allow our current clients the ability to book classes and use their packages.

  • No-show reservations will be charged a $20 fee with no exceptions out of fairness to the teachers and clients. Classes with no reservations or under 3 participants may be cancelled, so please abide by our reservation policy. If a class needs to be cancelled that you have registered for, you will be notified immediately.

  • Do not come to the studio if you have been sick recently, have flu-like symptoms, feel sick or have been in contact with other people that have been sick.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.  If you have any questions please contact Kristen at
