What will you learn:

• How to lead a safe, intelligent and dynamic Aerial Yoga class
• The various benefits and contraindication for aerial yoga practice
• How to quickly identify and adjust common aerial yoga pose misalignments to maximize the safety in the classroom
• How to spot the Aerial yoga poses
• How to create an Aerial Yoga sequences, including the poses and transitions that flow seamlessly
• How to develop your own style for effective teaching and communication in the class setting
• How to modify or advance Aerial Yoga poses for students of varying levels
• Anatomy and physiology related to Aerial Yoga
• How to properly rig the Aerial Yoga equipment

*This is a 6 day training. You will need to attend all 6 days and pass the final exam to recieve your Certification
