Holiday Chakra Clearing Workshop

Clear emotional triggers and complicated feelings using pranayama, visualization, and crystal sound bowls using water.

Water is a symbol of purification; water added to the bowls increases the effect and efficiency of the cleansing.

Each attendee will be encouraged to identify their most significant blockage or most underactive chakra and will have an intimate opportunity to strike the corresponding bowl and experience the healing energy while observing the patterns created in the water.
