Reiki Circle + Channelled Messages with Morgan 1/27/2023

An evening filled with intention, breath, and relaxation. A moment to sink and connect deeper to yourself and your heart center.

The class will begin with light breathwork to get you out of your head and into your body. Morgan will then go around and perform Reiki and Sound Healing on each individual. Followed by individual channeled messages for clarity and guidance and pulled cards.

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality to align your main energy centers to promote deeper relaxation, release stuck/stagnant energy/trauma, helps with anxiety & depression, promote clarity, allow your energy to flow more freely & reduce pain and tension throughout the body.
