WORKSHOPS & SPECIAL EVENTS

Palm Beach Athletic Wear & Yoga offers workshops and specialty classes throughout each month.  Our Reiki Circles and Glow Yoga Classes are offered monthly along with Sound Sessions and Meditation Workshops.  Learn new skills in our Aerial Workshops and Choreography Classes.  We offer kids camps during spring break and summer to keep the kids active and entertained in a fun, healthy environment.
